Welcome to Sudani Cafe! We are bringing a unique "fast-casual" hybrid to the heart of Jigjiga.Our menu is built on our house-made Eish Baladi, baked daily in a high-heat stone-deck oven for a perfect "puff," creating a sturdy, charred pocket ready to hold our generous "Jumbo" fillings.

A masterpiece featuring creamy, slow-cooked Ful Medames seasoned with cold-pressed sesame oil, topped with extra-crispy Falafel (Ta'ameya), sliced boiled eggs, and a slice of our artisanal In-house Gibna Bayda.Live Flame Kufta: Premium, grass-fed Somali beef spiced with cinnamon and cloves, hand-shaped and grilled over local acacia charcoal for a deep, smoky char.The Signature Spread: Every sandwich features our house-made Mish-style spread — a tangy, spicy blend of strained yogurt, garlic, chili, and black cumin.Our Sudanese white cheese is produced in-house and brine-ripened with black cumin (habbat al-barakah) to achieve a firm, salty tang.

Savory Yogurt Drink: Inspired by traditional Laban, we use a mix of yogurt and nutrient-rich whey to create a frothy, chilled beverage seasoned with a hint of salt and spices.In the dry heat of the region, our chilled traditional botanical juices offer the perfect refreshment and palate cleanser:Karkadey (Hibiscus): A deep ruby-red infusion of local dried hibiscus, cold-brewed for 24 hours for a smooth, tart finish.Aradeib (Tamarind): Crafted from fresh, hand-processed local tamarind pods, served thick and ice-cold.
